Ingredients:
250g butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 cups plain flour
Method:
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and fold through sifted flour. Add choc bits, fruit, nuts or whatever you want and shape biscuits into teaspoon sized balls.  At this point you can push a pecan into the top as I have done in one of these photos.  Bake at 180 degrees for 10 – 15 mins.  Allow to cool and dust with icing sugar if you wish.
