This is apple crumble with a difference. Do you have an apple corer in your kitchen that you bought for the kids to use in the hope that they would eat more apples… Well this is fun and easy to do. I usually make eight to ten at a time. So first peel and core the apples. Then I mix up the crumble.
Crumble
1 cup of natural museli
1 cup of SR flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white choc bits
40g melted butter
Milk just enough to get the mix to crumble
Mix all of the ingredients together and push down into the middle of the uncooked apples. Place a scoop of the crumble on the top as well. Cook in a moderate oven (180*C) for about 20 mins.
Serve with ice cream or cream.
