Puff pastry sheets
Parmesan cheese (grated)
Seasoning (I usually make some with chilli flakes and some with salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 180*C
Prepare cooking tray by covering with baking paper.
Cut pastry into 15mm wide strips and twirl 2 together to make a twist
Carefully put cheese along the lenght to the strip
Season and place on cooking tray
Bake for about 15mins they should be stiff and golden.
Everyone loves them and thinks you went to a huge effort for them.
I like to serve them in a pocket made of baking paper and secure with twine for that home made finish.
The ones with Chilli flakes are amazing…
