To make these biscuits all you have to do is defrost some shortcrust pastry, sprinkle with seasoning, cook and serve ……….. so easy.

I cut the pastry into preferred shapes as soon as it is defrosted enough.  Brush olive oil over the whole sheet then I add the seasoning.  You can use dukkah, lemon pepper, chili powder, fresh herbs or a combination of any.  You can just use salt and pepper and a flavour  infused oil.  Sometimes I sprinkle with Parmesan too.

Cook in moderate oven until golden.
